The 40 acre expansion for independent living has changed quite a bit over the past year. Two houses have been constructed and turned into homes, and street lights and a mailbox have been added. This new addition offers some great views to choose from and just six home sites left! This first cul-de-sac turned out so much better than we could have ever imagined and offers something for everyone.
Your single home can be completely custom or if you prefer fewer decisions, we also can provide floor plans. Basements and two car garages are necessary in the new development. By choosing Pine Village for independent living you can live a maintenance free lifestyle. We will handle any repairs to your home including appliances and filter changes. Additionally, we will mow your yard, landscape and remove snow in the winter all while you enjoy your new home and a community of friends.
