Every 65 seconds someone in the United States develops Alzheimer’s or some form of dementia; chances are you or someone you know is living with this disease. Pine Village will offer another Dementia Education Class on Saturday, April 27 from 8:30-11:30 a.m. Attendees will learn about the different types of dementia, its phases, how the disease progresses, as well as what you can do to help a loved one. The class is free to attend, but space is limited, so please RSVP to 620.345.2901. The class is taught by Pine Village’s Director of Nursing Jenna Lehrman and Administrator Shelby Shaw.
