Elected by the Memorial Home Corporation members, the Board of Directors manages the business and affairs of MHEF, makes decisions about receipt of gifts, provides investment guidelines and criteria, reviews the investment policy regularly and evaluates the Fund Manager. The MHEF board has guidelines that socially responsible investments be made in keeping with the religious and ethical roots of Memorial Home and their mission statement reflecting the sanctity of life and a code of Christian ethics.
